Why It Matters

A press kit isn’t for your players. It’s for the people who help share your game—creators, journalists, curators, event organizers, and platform reps.

If someone wants to write about your game, include it in a showcase, or make a video, your press kit is what they’ll look for. It’s your one-stop destination for high-quality assets and information—clean, clear, and ready to use.

/presskit/branding/fonts/

5. Press Releases

Have past announcements, events, or funding updates?

  • Group by year or milestone

  • Link any media coverage if relevant

📁 Folder structure:

Optional: separate packs for creators, press, publishers

📁 Folder structure:

/presskit/downloads/

/presskit/downloads/creator-pack/

/presskit/downloads/press-kit.zip/

7. Reference Examples

Take cues from studios who do this well.

Examples:

  • Ruffy and the Riverside (Notion)

    • Clean layout, smart branding, and easily downloadable assets.

  • Reign Breaker (Google Drive)

    • Includes working files for full custom use by creators.

  • PEAK (Google Drive)

    • Simple, direct, and about the minimum you should strive for.

  • Promise Mascot Agency (Google Drive)

    • Plethora of assets to use, everything you’d need.

  • The Crimson Diamond (presskit())

    • The standard usage of presskit(). Use it for free to make yours.

A press kit isn’t just a folder—it’s a force multiplier.

You’re not just saving someone time. You’re making it easier for them to amplify your work, fast.
